AES Expands Consulting Services from New Cincinnati Office
Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) August 22, 2016 -- Applied Ecological Services (AES) is expanding its scientific consulting and design presence in Ohio with the recent opening of a new office in Cincinnati.
AES is an ecological consulting and restoration firm headquartered in Wisconsin, with an office in Columbus, OH, and a dozen other locations nationwide. The Cincinnati office will be led by two senior ecologists who recently joined AES to provide stream and wetland consulting services.
Craig Straub, Ph.D., has more than 23 years of experience in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystem restoration. Craig has implemented ecological restoration plans, including monitoring and maintenance for wetlands, prairies, riparian, and upland forests and streams throughout the U.S.
Brian Kwiatkowski, M.S., is an ecologist and fluvial geomorphologist with 16 years of experience in the water resources and ecological restoration fields. Brian has collected and analyzed data on more than 400 miles of open stream channel across North America.
Both Craig and Brian have spent much of their ecological careers focused on stream and wetland restoration – from design and permitting to construction management and monitoring. They also have extensive experience in stormwater management design, watershed studies, and Threatened & Endangered species assessments.
With AES’ existing office in Columbus and the new office in Cincinnati, AES is well positioned to serve our clients’ projects in the region. The two offices will work closely together to further develop AES’ consulting and restoration contracting practice in Ohio and neighboring states.
