Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 22, 2013 -- AgentsofAmerica.ORG (AOA) and West LegalEdcenter, a business of Thomson Reuters, is pleased to announce that Book One of the series Insurance Agency Risk Management - A Comprehensive Guide to Avoiding E&O Claims is now available.
Book One is a collaborative effort of many of the top Agents, E&O experts, and attorneys in the United States. It addresses many of the key issues in risk management, loss prevention, and litigation relating to claims against insurance agents and brokers. The book is intended to be a practical guide and resource that should be on the bookshelf of every insurance agent, broker, and underwriter, and of every attorney that litigates claims involving insurance professionals.

AOA is in the process of converting the material of Book One to videos that support the text book and the testing requirement. Book Two of the series will be available by year end and will address the numerous E&O issues associated with the sales process. In the Spring of 2014, Book Three is scheduled for publication and will address the E&O exposures of over 15 individual lines of business.
