Renee Cheng joins ALL4 as a Project Leader, after more than 20 years of experience in air quality consulting. Ms. Cheng has extensive experience in the areas of environmental regulatory analysis and compliance assurance for manufacturers, including automotive, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor and electric utility sectors. Ms. Cheng holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Paleobiology from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an M.A. from George Washington University in Environmental Resource Policy. Ms. Cheng is also affiliated with the Air and Waste Management Association (AWMA).

After 15 years of working as a consultant in the air quality industry, Jennifer Flannery joins ALL4 as a Project Manager. Ms. Flannery has significant air permitting experience, including air dispersion modeling and preparation of direct expert testimony in support of projects. Ms. Flannery has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Wilkes University and is the current Chair of the Delaware Valley Chapter (DVC) of AWMA.
