Altep Team Members Continue Achievement with Prestigious Relativity Certifications
El Paso, Texas (PRWEB) October 21, 2015 -- Altep Inc., a leading innovator in e-discovery, digital forensics, and compliance, today announced that Ray Perez and Anthony Hernandez were recognized as Relativity Experts at Relativity Fest this year. In addition, Systems Administrator Tom Bogusz received his first Relativity certification as an Infrastructure Specialist. Developed by kCura, Relativity is a web-based e-discovery application for managing large volumes of electronic evidence during litigation or investigations. Relativity Fest was held October 11-14 in Chicago.
Perez, a seasoned e-discovery veteran with more than 14 years’ tenure at Altep, serves as Manager of Application/Review Database Management in the Information Services division. Hernandez leads Altep’s Chicago team as Regional Vice President, and has been providing litigation support, project management, and related services to corporations and law firms throughout his 16 years in the legal industry. Tom Bogusz is a Systems Administrator on the Technology Services team, and also holds EnCase Certified Examiner credentials.

The Relativity Expert designation is second only to the title “Relativity Master,” and requires professionals to achieve a combination of two or more Relativity Specialist certifications in addition to being recognized as an Relativity Certified Administrator. The RCA certification demands a score of 80 percent or higher on a written exam, plus successful execution of a practical. Any of five available Specialist certifications can be used to satisfy the additional requirements for Relativity Expert status.
Anthony Hernandez holds Relativity Certified Administrator, Analytics, and Assisted Review certifications, while Ray Perez has earned the Relativity Certified Administrator, Infrastructure Specialist, and Review Specialist certifications. Tom Bogusz is the third of Altep’s technical experts to receive the Infrastructure Specialist certification.
