American Residential Services Helps Consumers Tackle “HOME FREE” Plumbing Challenges Everyday
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (PRWEB) July 05, 2016 -- American Residential Services (ARS), a Memphis, Tenn. based, privately-held national provider of HVAC and plumbing services is ready to help homeowners prevent common plumbing challenges, like those contestants faced on the hit FOX program HOME FREE, with a comprehensive Home Service Plan. ARS provided HVAC and plumbing services while homes were built for deserving heroes in the unscripted competition series to win a dream home for their personal hero and the $100,000 cash prize.
ARS/Rescue Rooter Atlanta Lead Plumber, Stephen Patterson, helped with the creative design and concept of the “Pressure's On” plumbing challenge show in Episode 3 of Season 2 of the hit Thursday night show. Contestants battled water pressure from leaky pipes, in a race against the clock to replace the old pipe with new, color-coded pipes and successfully connect it to the sink in their challenge house.
“We were extremely honored to be part of the HOME FREE show. This isn’t something our plumbing experts get to do on a regular basis, so they were absolutely thrilled to be out there helping the contestants win their dream home!” said Cathy Brooks, General Manager of ARS/Rescue Rooter in Atlanta, Ga. “Tim Tebow and Mike Holmes were great to work with. They showed such sincere appreciation for all of the hard work our teams were doing!”
Efficient plumbing is essential to a healthy home. Regular home maintenance helps prevent costly issues like dripping faucets, clogged toilets or a busted water heater. Basic repairs like changing washers on faucets and removing hard water deposits from shower heads are important first steps, but a preventive maintenance plan monitors the major aspects of the plumbing system for safety and performance.
The ARS / Rescue Rooter Home Service Plan is a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan that inspects water lines and drain systems, checks fixtures and drains for water flow issues and inspects toilets and sinks as well as other critical systems.
“We are thrilled to work with Tim and HOME FREE to provide homes for deserving heroes,” said Chris Mellon, CMO and senior vice president of marketing at ARS. “This is also a great opportunity to provide homeowners with some tips for keeping their home in great shape.”
During season two of HOME FREE, the competition is bigger and better than ever. Each week, Tebow and Holmes will challenge and motivate the contestants to build a new home, testing their skill levels, will, and strategy. Stay tuned Thursdays (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX to watch how contestants handle these challenges and who wins the dream home at the end of the season.
