American Safety Council Provides Fall Protection Training May 4th-15th
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) May 05, 2015 -- American Safety Council is proud to support the 2015 National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction by offering our Fall Protection Online Training Material Free between May 4th and May 15th. In cooperation with the University of South Florida, American Safety Council offers OSHA 10- Hour and OSHA 30-Hour Online Outreach Courses for the construction industry, in addition to many other workplace safety and transportation safety eLearning solutions.
The purpose of the National Fall Prevention Stand-Down is to raise awareness of preventing fall hazards in construction. Fatalities caused by falls from elevation continue to be a leading cause of death for construction workers and were among the top 10 most frequently cited OSHA standards in 2014.
