Amoso Properties Expands Operations to Larger Multi-Family Apartment Complexes
St. Louis, Mo (PRWEB) October 28, 2014 -- In October 2014, Amoso Properties announced that they were expanding their operations and are now managing larger multi-family rental properties in the St. Louis area. To help accomplish this new goal, they made changes to their software and even hired a field supervisor to handle the challenges of larger apartment complexes. While this initiative is still fairly new, Amoso Properties reports that their work has already received a great deal of positive feedback.
To help them manage large, multi-family apartment complexes, Amoso Properties added new capabilities to their existing apartment management software. These changes, which included creating options for multi-family buildings rather than individual buildings, allow the company to track complexes with increasing numbers of tenants. In the past three months, Amoso Properties also changed their staffing structure and hired a new field supervisor, which gives them the ability to man and administer larger complexes.
While adding new operations can often be nerve-wracking process for businesses, Amoso Properties is excited about the new possibilities this change offers them, as well as the technological prowess they believe it demonstrates.
The company's marketing platform has been updated as well. AMOSO Properties now has the capability to market by floor plan and specific unit type rather than on an individual unit basis. This capability is paticularly advantageous for larger camplexes and student housing.
“We bring a technological advantage to our clients that can provide a complete back end module for our property owners and our investors, allowing them to log in to see up to the minute reports,” said Joe Ord, President of Amoso Properties. “This allows our user to know everything that's going on with their properties and allows them to manage them better.”
Already, Amoso Properties has used this technology to help manage a 12-unit apartment complex with a number of vacancies. By using their new staffing and software systems, the company has been able to successfully turn around many of these units. But Amoso Properties hopes this is only the beginning: their new operation is able to handle complexes with anywhere from 10 to 500 units.
