Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) June 20, 2014 -- Making advanced meeting room technology accessible to more users in any space, at InfoComm 2014, AMX®, a HARMAN® Professional brand, enhanced its Valued Independent Partner (VIP) Program and Website to support its VIPs and make it easier for AMX integrators to partner and do business with them.
The VIP Program and VIP Website were created to showcase the talents of AMX programmers and user interface designers to other AMX integrators needing installation support, specialized networking skills, and complex programming services. Many VIPs go beyond traditional programming services to offer device driver creation and middleware to join external systems like room scheduling solutions into the AMX ecosystem. AMX recently enhanced the VIP Website to better define and advertise VIP services and to simplify the process of evaluating and locating partners. Now, visitors can visually see where providers are physically located, certifications they hold and a listing of many of the services they provide. Phase Two of the website enhancements will add an additional level of interactivity, including the ability to click on a geographic location or vertical market and get a list of service providers that meet the criteria of the search request.
All VIPs maintain yearly AMX Certified Expert (ACE) certification, hold certification by at least one AV trade organization, and meet stringent business practice criteria to be hand-selected for the VIP program. If you think you’d be a good VIP Program candidate, let AMX know, they’re always looking to expand the program with additional talented programmers and designers.
