Angelo Santini challenges organized religion with new book
TORONTO (PRWEB) February 28, 2015 -- Author Angelo Santini brings readers deeper into the philosophy of the mind, science and morality with his new book, “Beyond the Moral Matrix: A Search for Human Freedom” (published by Archway Publishing).
Acting as a personal guide to freedom and spiritual awakening, “Beyond the Moral Matrix” is an in-depth analysis of the structure of self and self-consciousness. Santini says his book’s main goal is to show readers the “unreal reality that is manufactured by religion, social morality and social values.” In other words, Santini believes reality is being manufactured and is not completely organic.
To prove this point, Santini comments on what he sees as inadequacies of traditional organized religion. He analyzes the tenets of Christianity, Judaism and Islam to give readers a deeper understanding of his position on religion’s interference with reality. Through this book, Santini hopes to alert readers to the power of personal freedom and self-awareness.
“They should free themselves,” Santini says of his readers. “They should take my advice and start living in reality and start being more responsible for their own actions, not hiding behind religious values.”
