ASI Receives Telly Award for Engaging iMIS 20 Video
Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) June 11, 2014 -- Advanced Solutions International (ASI), the largest, privately-owned global provider of not-for-profit software, today announced it has been selected as a winner of the 35th Annual Telly Awards for its engaging new video entitled, “iMIS 20 EMS.” The ASI video received the Silver Telly Award (the highest honor) in the computers/information technology category. The three-minute iMIS 20 EMS video takes an innovative approach to demonstrating ASI’s latest software breakthrough — the Engagement Management System (EMS). Using entertaining, easy-to-understand language and images, the animated video shows how not-for-profit organizations can manage their member/donor data, member self-service, online fundraising, social engagement, mobile access, and even their entire website in a single, cloud-based system.
Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards was and is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, the finest video and film productions, and online commercials, video and films. Winners represent the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world.
The Telly Awards receive nearly 12,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries. Less than 10% of entries are chosen as winners of the Silver Telly, the highest honor. Approximately 25% of entries are chosen as winners of the Bronze Telly.
A prestigious judging panel of more than 500 accomplished industry professionals, each a past winner of a Silver Telly and a member of the Silver Telly Council, judged the competition — upholding the historical standard of excellence that the Telly represents. The Silver Council evaluated entries to recognize distinction in creative work; entries do not compete against each other, rather entries are judged against a high standard of merit. “We’re pleased and honored to receive the Silver Telly Award — ASI works hard to achieve excellence in everything we do,” said Bob Alves, ASI Chairman and CEO. “We challenged ourselves to create a unique, ground-breaking video that would really capture the excitement and innovation of the game-changing iMIS 20 Engagement Management System — the only EMS on the market. We’re thrilled the message is connecting so well with our clients, the industry, and beyond.”
“The Telly Awards has a mission to honor the very best in film and video,” said Linda Day, Executive Director of the Telly Awards. “Advanced Solution International’s accomplishment illustrates its creativity, skill, and dedication to its craft and serves as a testament to great film and video production.”
