Audivo and KeyStone to Introduce the Multiroom Streaming Platform AMAS with DAB / DAB+
(PRWEB) September 07, 2013 -- KeyStone Semiconductor Corp. (KeyStone), a fabless semiconductor developer of advanced digital radio turn-key technology announces that a joint project with Audivo, a technological engineering company using state of the art technologies to satisfy customer demands.
AMAS platform is a multiroom audio solution enables users to access music in every room via home network (any UPnP/DLNA server) and listen to internet radio and premium services (e.g. vTuner, Spotify etc.). By combining AMAS with KeyStone DAB / DAB+ solution, users can access digital radio service in every room, either by using their smart devices or local interface.
AMAS also features m:app, which is an intuitive app to control all devices in the system from any place in the house. Via the intuitive app, supported on all major mobile platforms, all clients in the network can be controlled from any location in the house. Besides UPnP (DLNA) sources via Ethernet/WLAN and USB, the clients also support Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX for high quality audio streaming from mobile devices. Music from all sources of the Station, including BT, line in, analogue and digital radio can be redistributed to the other clients. Great flexibility of Station is offering also a local UI functionality by directly connecting it to module itself, without external host controller.
Live demonstration of AMAS platform with digital radio will be shown at Audivo booth at IFA from 6 Sept to 11 Sept, 2013 and held at KeyStone’s suite at Renaissance Harbor View Hotel, Wan Chai, Hong Kong during Hong Kong Electronics Fair from October 13 to October 16, 2013.
