Automatically Adjusting Hand Truck Invented by InventHelp Client (NAV-904)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) September 24, 2016 -- While conventional hand trucks are effective for moving heavy items by hand, loading them may take a toll on the user’s back. That is exactly what an inventor from Ashland City, Tenn., was concerned about when he found a way to reduce the physical effort required.
He developed EZ LIFT HAND TRUCK to eliminate the need to bend over when loading a hand truck from a delivery truck. Thus, it reduces the chances of back injuries. As a result, it decreases the number of Workers’ Compensation Claims filed. It naturally follows that it has the potential to reduce insurance premiums. At the same time, it improves productivity for drivers of delivery trucks. Also, its simple design minimizes production costs. In addition, it is convenient, effective and easy-to-use.
The inventor’s work experience inspired the idea. “After watching a fellow truck driver repeatedly bend over to transfer a load of bottled beverages onto a hand truck, I thought there must be an easier way to get the job done,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Nashville office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
