Best Western Fans Invited to “Be a Travel Hero” & Share Travel Prizes with Family and Friends
Phoenix, Ariz. (PRWEB) February 20, 2014 -- Best Western International, THE WORLD’S BIGGEST HOTEL FAMILY®, is once again giving travelers the opportunity to turn the guilt often associated with business travel into an opportunity to take family and friends on the trip of a lifetime. Now through April 6, the brand is bringing back its popular Best Western “Be a Travel Hero” promotion, which invites travelers to build a vacation for friends and family on Best Western’s Facebook page and be entered to win great prizes.
This contest runs in tandem with Best Western’s spring promotion, which offers online savings of up to 20 percent on bestwestern.com as well as 1,500 bonus points per stay. Both programs give travelers the opportunity to earn rewards for use on future trips.
To participate in the Best Western “Be a Travel Hero” promotion:
• Best Western Facebook fans will need to sign in or enroll as Best Western Rewards members
• They will then choose a dream destination of their choice on a dedicated Facebook tab and invite up to 15 of their Facebook friends to virtually join the trip
• Entrants will be eligible to win a variety of prizes including free night giveaways and a grand prize of 150,000 points, five nights at any Best Western hotel in the U.S. or Canada and a $5,000 gift card
“A business trip might be essential for work, but all that time apart can be tough on the family,” said Dorothy Dowling, senior vice president of marketing and sales for Best Western International. “Best Western understands road warriors are true heroes to their families and friends back home, and we want to make it easier for them to take a much deserved vacation with their loved ones.”
