CHARLOTTE, N.C. (PRWEB) November 30, 2017 -- Over Mr. Huitt's career, which includes 15 years in investment banking and corporate strategy, he has advised a wide range of private and public companies in mergers & acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raises and valuation and strategy assignments.
Mr. Huitt has advised clients across a variety of healthcare sectors including pharmaceutical services, payor and provider services, healthcare information technology, alternate site care, managed care, pharmacy and distribution.
Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Huitt was a senior member of the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on healthcare services for over a decade. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Huitt worked in strategy and operational roles for Hewlett-Packard Company and Eaton Corporation.
Mr. Huitt earned a Master of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Huitt lives in Charlotte with his wife and four children.
