Bousquet Holstein PLLC Elects Sharon A. McAuliffe to Board of Managers
Syracuse, NY (PRWEB) July 18, 2014 -- Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Sharon A. McAuliffe has been elected by the members to serve on the firm's Board of Managers.
Sharon joined the firm in 1993 and is the Chair of the Employee Benefits/ERISA Practice Group. Sharon also provides legal counsel to clients in Trusts and Estates matters. She is knowledgeable about different types of pension and benefits plans and has extensive experience drafting, editing and preparing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs/DROs) and/or Settlement language; and in the valuation and division of marital assets, including IRAs.
She is a visiting lecturer on Pension and Employee Benefits Law at the Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Sharon was the Director of Employee Benefits for Green & Seifter, Certified Public Accountants, PLLC, providing third party recordkeeping to employee welfare and retirement plans.
Sharon is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, Maxwell School of Syracuse University, and the University of Notre Dame. She serves on the Board of Trustees at St. Joseph's Hospital and is past Chair of the Board of Trustees of Loretto.
