The appointment is effective immediately.
Wilson has a long track record of innovation and client success within the agency world. After serving as Creative Director at JWT Specialized Communications, he started Big Scary Cranium, a marketing automation and customer experience firm. He led the agency to become a pioneer in the marketing automation space, where it received many accolades, including “Agency of the Year” from IBM Silverpop.
Under Wilson’s leadership, Big Scary Cranium consulted on campaign and data strategy, built the automation environment using the leading marketing technology platforms and created relevant assets for leading brands. After seven years, Big Scary Cranium was acquired by an independent ad agency.
