Buffalo Soldier Films Announces Two Movie Developments
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 12, 2016 -- Buffalo Soldier Films, founded by director, Eric Richardson-Hagans, announces their award-winning short-film, “Chance Encounter,” is an Official Selection for the New York City Independent Film Festival, and will be screened on April 29, 2016, at 8pm. Written by Paul J. Williams, the crime-drama has already won or placed in several film festivals. With a unique narrative structure, the movie tells the tale of a police officer's tragic encounter with a dangerous criminal.
The screening of “Chance Encounter” coincides with the announcement of Buffalo Soldier Films’ next movie project, “Domingo,” a feature-length crime-drama that is currently in development and scheduled to go into production in late 2016. Co-written by director, Eric Richardson-Hagans, and producer, Paul J. Williams, “Domingo” tells the story of suspended NYPD Detective Mike “Domingo” Sunday and his hunt through Washington Heights for “El Chino,” the elusive and ruthless drug lord who wrongly accused him of corruption.
The producers are currently raising funds for production and have launched a Kickstarter campaign, which can be found here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1566893006/domingo-a-feature-length-crime-drama
