Chevy Chase Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Hadi Rassael Joins IAIS Advisory Board
Chevy Chase, Maryland (PRWEB) October 23, 2014 -- Dr. Hadi Michael Rassael has been selected to join the Advisory Board of the Institute for Advanced International Studies (IAIS). As a member, Dr. Rassael will generate ideas and foster a larger conversation with IAIS Executives, aiding in IAIS' goal of global research and study in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
"It is a great honor to be selected for the Advisory Board of the Institute for Advanced International Studies," said Dr. Rassael. "I'll be offering my own experience and perspective with global politics, and bringing my passion for the spread of global understanding and democratization."
Joining an Advisory Team of Esteemed Professionals
Dr. Rassael is one of many esteemed doctors and academics who are part of the IAIS Advisory Board. Other members of the team include Hossein Seifzadeh, Ph.D., Terezinha de Lisieux Fagundes, Ph.D., Taghi Alereza, Ph.D., P.E., William P. Gregg, Jr., Ph.D., and Farrokh Zandi, Ph.D. Together they will combine their years of knowledge and experience to assist the IAIS in their objective of global research and study.
"I'm excited to be collaborating with such esteemed professionals," said Dr. Rassael. "By working closely together and bouncing ideas off of one another, I know our joined perspectives will prove invaluable to the IAIS and its goals."
Assisting In Global Research, Development, and Democratization
The Advisory Board will meet to generate ideas regarding policy and discuss international issues and global trends. Since poverty, prejudice, and access to education tend to be the root problem of many conflicts around the world, there will be a particular focus on those topics, as well as current events related to more complex and specific issues (e.g., access to natural resources, deeply rooted historical/ideological influences).
Discussions among the Advisory Board will be used to address various matters regarding social, political, and economic matters with the IAIS Executives. By having this focused conversation about events and how they affect people on a local and global scale, the IAIS will be able to generate working strategies to aid in scientific research and analysis. This, in turn, can assist in the development of public policy as well as practical on-the-ground solutions.
Using His Expertise to Facilitate Global Understanding and Actual Solutions
Dr. Rassael's own professional experiences from attending medical and cosmetic surgery seminars abroad will help inform the discussion of pressing global matters. His own personal experiences and belief in democratization will also prove invaluable to the Advisory Board as well as IAIS Executives.
"This is something extremely meaningful to me, and I really feel that it's my chance to do something of lasting value for many others," said Dr. Rassael.
