The Senior-Level promotions effective July, 2013 are:

- Hector Jimenez, Director, Enterprise Operations

As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations, Michele Jerome is responsible for building and managing effective and streamlined systems, including financial, accounting, information technology, human resources, and physical infrastructure across all Coulter business units. Hector Jimenez, a member of Jerome’s Operations team, directs information technology and applications across both clients and Coulter business units. Sara Meier is a client chief staff executive simultaneously working across nonprofit teams in the key areas of business planning and development as well as human resources management while Khunteang Pa serves as a specialist in nonprofit credentialing programs, a high value area for Coulter clients. Amy Lotz is a client chief staff executive as well as a cross-client specialist in the delivery of nationally acclaimed live awards programs, another area of high value for Coulter clients.
With these senior promotions, Coulter’s nonprofit management business operations are poised to add additional clients, personnel, and capacity as it looks to complete a fourth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth.
