Dallas-Based Digital Business Development Company and Communications Strategy Firm Moves to the Recently Renovated Republic Center
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) November 25, 2013 -- The Republic Center, located in the heart of downtown Dallas, holds a vast history and is considered a legend among neighboring high-rise buildings. At the time of its grand opening on December 1, 1954, the Republic National Bank Building was the tallest building west of the Mississippi. The country’s latest steel goliath, wrapped in aluminum and adorned with the building’s signature four-pointed star and topped with a rocket, sparkled in the setting sun.
Since its opening, the Republic Center has acquired additional structures. In 1964, a 50-story tower was added, and in 1980, an eight-story structure was built connecting the two towers. After almost half a century the Republic Center realized that, like any other iconic building, it needed revamping to keep up with the times. This led to a $75-million renovation. The most recent remodel pays homage to classic design while maintaining the Republic Center’s forward-thinking flair. Located on one of the largest contiguous blocks of the office and retail space in the central business district and updated with enhanced power, technology, and amenities, this rising star of Dallas has become a premiere business location. One company that has taken advantage of the opportunity to claim a space in the Republic Center’s soaring towers is [Frozen Fire.
Frozen Fire was created in 1999 in Dallas, Texas. Frozen Fire recognizes the growing demand for digital forms of marketing and communication strategies among businesses. Their recent acquisitions of GoodMedia Communications and Big Eagle have enabled them to begin foraging the way in the digital business development space. Along with expanding their services to meet the growing needs of current and potential clients, Frozen Fire also found the need to grow their team. Frozen Fire has recently made several new hires including two new members to their leadership team. New business opportunities and a larger team sparked Frozen Fire's interest in relocating. Brad Davis, CEO of Frozen Fire, reached out to Stephen Hemphill of Mohr Partners, Inc. to help Frozen Fire look for a larger space that would make them more easily accessible to their clients.
“As our business opportunities and services have expanded, our need for experienced team members has grown as well. As much as we enjoy our current office, we needed a place that would accommodate our team’s growth and still fit our company culture. I turned to Stephen Hemphill for help finding the perfect office for Frozen Fire, and he really did an amazing job pairing us with the Republic Center," said Davis.
Hemphill is employed with Mohr Partners. During his nine years of experience with Mohr Partners, he has developed a certain process for helping a client find the perfect corporate space. The first step is getting a feel for the company’s work environment. Learning how co-workers within the company interact becomes a crucial part in determining the best workspace. After getting to know Davis and Frozen Fire better, Hemphill was able to collect criteria for new corporate spaces and narrowed the options that he would discuss with Davis. Davis explained that Hemphill was professional, detailed and responsive. “Hemphill was accessible after hours and consistently took the time necessary to determine the next step. He took a consultative approach by listening, paying attention, and looking after our best interests,” explained Davis.
Mohr Partners does not represent any landlords or buildings, so there are never any conflicts of interest that could affect Mohr Partners’ ability to do what’s best for their clients. After visiting all eight properties and discussing possible design plans, Davis and Hemphill agreed that the Republic Center was the perfect fit for Frozen Fire. The central business location allows Frozen Fire to service its clients more effectively. The move will bring Frozen Fire closer to their larger clients and provide them with more opportunities to provide their services to other companies located in the central hub.
Once the location was secured, Frozen Fire sought the expertise of commercial interior designer Sarah Pickard of the award-winning Pickard Design Studios, and longtime client, [bauhaus, whose reputation for excellence and superior modern furnishing is widely known and appreciated in Dallas’ Design District.
Frozen Fire will move to the Republic Center December 1st -- the day of the Republic Center’s 59th Anniversary. For more information on Frozen Fire, visit their website here, or to learn more about the Republic Center and its recent renovation visit their website.
