Detroit Sports Fan Wins National Fan Cave Promotion
Detroit, Michigan (PRWEB) July 07, 2016 -- Rally House, a specialty local gifts and apparel store with 46 locations across the country, has announced the winner for its national Man Cave to Fan Cave contest.
Tamara Weakland of Wacomb, Michigan, has won a fan cave valued at $10,000. Weakland will be selecting from a variety of home and wall décor items including recliners, tables, rugs, picture frames and more.
Weakland and her husband, Jim, are currently in the middle of a basement remodel, so she is thrilled to transform the space by showing off of her favorite teams. Being from Michigan, Weakland is a big fan of all four of the professional teams in Detroit as well as the Wolverines.
“We have collected a lot of sports pictures and memorabilia that we can't wait to display, and winning this contest means the basement will be even better than we had imagined,” Weakland said. “We envision a classy fan cave showcasing our love and pride for our Detroit sports teams.”
The Man Cave to Fan Cave promotion began on June 1 and ran through Father’s Day. To enter, customers filled out an entry form at their local Rally House. No purchase was required to participate. In addition to the grand prize, four other winners received a $500 gift card, while five others won a $100 gift card.
Rally House will be keeping up with Weakland as she creates the ultimate fan cave. Before, during and after pictures will be posted on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and the Rally House blog.
