Deyta Announces 2014 HHCAHPS Honors Recipients at NAHC Annual Meeting

Established by Deyta, this prestigious annual honor recognizes home health agencies that continuously provide the highest level of satisfaction through their care as measured from the patient’s point of view. HHCAHPS Honors acknowledges the highest performing agencies by first analyzing performance on Question 25 – Willingness to Recommend as a qualifier and then analyzing performance on 18 other questions that comprise the publicly reported measures over a twelve-month period.
Deyta used the HHCAHPS survey results from over 1,800 home health agencies contained in its HHCAHPS database with an evaluation period of April 2013 to March 2014. There were over 775 agencies who qualified for the award, but only those who met performance criteria on the other 18 questions were recognized with honors.
