DuPont™ Enviva® PRO Probiotic Now Available to European Broiler Producers
LEIDEN, Netherlands (PRWEB) October 10, 2017 -- Danisco Animal Nutrition, a business unit of DuPont Industrial Biosciences, announced the launch of DuPont™ Enviva® PRO, a three-strain Bacillus probiotic, in Europe. By incorporating DuPont’s direct-fed-microbial – or “DFM” – into the diet, broiler producers in the EU will be better positioned to protect their birds against diverse health challenges.
“The three unique Bacillus strains of Enviva® PRO provide broader coverage against diverse health challenges than other products currently on the market,” said Dawn Overby, global segment manager at DuPont Industrial Biosciences. “Through extensive research and commercial experience in other countries, including the United States, Enviva® PRO has a strong track record of proven efficacy. I am confident that this new probiotic will change the way broiler producers in Europe care for their birds.”
Enviva® PRO has the capacity to benefit the European broiler market through:
- Proven efficacy: The most extensive gut analysis in the market has been completed on birds utilizing the three-strain Bacillus probiotic, ensuring customers will receive the highest efficacious product available.
- Protecting against diverse health challenges: Thanks to the extensive coverage of the three Bacillus strains.
- Accelerating immune development: Birds can focus their energy on growth.
- Enhancing performance to deliver higher ROI: Enviva® PRO delivers the most consistent performance and growth in times of challenge than any other product on the market. The three-strain probiotic provides a 5-point Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) improvement on average and a 17-point FCR improvement during peak challenge.
“Over the past few years, we’ve found Enviva® PRO to be highly beneficial for broiler producers, from the United States to South Africa,” Overby added. “With our launch in Europe, we look forward to being able to serve a broader market and assist European broiler producers with their operations.”
