Dutch Bros. Takes Kids on An Excellent Adventure
Grants Pass, Ore. (PRWEB) July 29, 2015 -- On Saturday, Aug. 1, Dutch Bros. will release the first issue of the “Dutch Bros. Excellent Adventures Activity Book,” which includes a coloring contest to redesign the Dutch Bros. Kids Cup.
The activity book follows the adventures of Jr. Mafia and Princess Penny as they try to stop the Mischievous Mad Cow from ridding the world of beautiful artwork and color from the Dutch Bros. Kids Cup.
Beginning on Aug. 1, all 249 Dutch Bros. locations in the seven states the company operates in, will receive the “Dutch Bros. Excellent Adventures Activity Book” as well as new Kids Cups with minimal design. This new, limited edition Mad Cow Cup, will be released in conjunction with the message in the activity book: to stop the Mad Cow from e-RAY-sing the color from the world.
Within the pages of the Activity Book, kids 12 years old and younger are encouraged to participate in the Cup Design Contest; to help Jr. Mafia and Princess Penny add color back into their world that the Mad Cow e-RAY-sed. There will be a template of the cup provided in the book, and a digital copy will be available online at http://www.dutchbros.com/DBKidsCup.
The contest will run from Saturday, Aug. 1 to Saturday, Aug. 15. All entries must be submitted to a barista at your local Dutch Bros. stand. From there, entries will be sent to Dutch Bros. headquarters and judged based on creativity. One winner will be chosen and their artwork will become the new design for Dutch Bros. Kids Cup at all locations.
"I'm super stoked about this project. It’s what Dutch Bros is all about," said Dutch Bros. Creative Director, Tom Spagnolo. "Having fun, being creative and our lifting up our future generation. I can’t wait to see all the awesome designs the kids come up with for our new kids cup!"
