Centering the presentation around specific post-acquisition case studies, Ross will be sharing with attendees how these transactions tend to be structured and other key considerations, such as motivations, associated costs, and risks, for the small-mid size hosting company weighing the M&A route versus an organic growth strategy. The session, entitled “Build or Buy? Case Study On Growth Strategies For Small to Mid Sized Hosts,” will take place on Tuesday, July 28 at 9:00am. Ross is well-regarded in the hosting industry and has presented at HostingCon eight times. HostingCon carefully vets all speakers, selecting professionals deemed subject matter experts and industry leaders.
