Educational Housing Services (EHS) Unveils Mobile Customer Service Application for Residents

Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) August 27, 2015 -- Educational Housing Services (EHS), the leading provider of private, off-campus student housing in New York City, is proud to unveil its new Customer Service Application for current in-house EHS residents. The application provides current residents with the ability to provide feedback and submit maintenance requests from the convenience of their mobile phones and continues EHS’ mission to offer premier customer service to its residents.

The application works by pulling real-time information from EHS’s internal housing information management software – RMS -- and connecting with EHS’s management software, TMA. EHS is already planning additional functions to the app, such as event sign-ups and guest approvals, to further enhance the EHS resident experience. The application is free and available to current residents only from iTunes or Google Play.

“We are constantly working to make our residents’ experience the best it can be,” says Christy Gaiti-Chatfield, Senior Vice President of Student Life at Educational Housing Services. “We understand our residents’ lives are busy with school, work or internships and wanted to give them the opportunity to communicate with us quickly and easily from their mobile phone.”

The app was designed and created with NYC-based digital agency RAIN. Residents also have the ability to provide feedback through the EHS website and in-person to the EHS Student Life staff.
