Electronic Receipt Processor Invented by InventHelp Client (OCC-1208)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) July 24, 2017 -- It’s easy to recognize the advantages of computerized systems over manual processing, just in the time and effort they save. That’s exactly what an inventor from Long Beach, Calif., was thinking when she conceived of an upgrade to conventional scanners that would incorporate receipt management into their capabilities.
She developed PROFESSIONAL RECEIPT MANAGER to help organize receipts by date, prep for bookkeeping software and categorize for tax preparation. At the same time, it preserves thermo-paper receipts for audits and streamlines communication between end users with email and apps. Furthermore, its efficiency is evident not only in the time and effort it saves but in the paper it conserves. This invention is also safe, versatile and easy to use. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced.
The inventor’s professional experience as a mastered degreed accountant inspired the idea. “As a result of my work experience in accounting, I wanted to streamline my work flow process concerning receipt management for write-up work for myself and clients. I want to eliminate monthly snail mail, deteriorating receipts, as well as deliver client financials on a more real-time basis” she said.
The original design was submitted to the Orange County 1 office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
