Empire Precision Plastics Names New Business Development Manager
Rochester, N.Y. (PRWEB) August 02, 2016 -- Empire Precision Plastics, a precision molder of optic and intricate molded components, has hired Keith Bradt as the company’s new Business Development Manager.
As a member of Empire’s leadership team, Bradt will develop strategies to grow the company in ways that meet customer and market needs. He will manage and develop the Empire sales team, encouraging continuous improvement in sales performance, process enhancement and accountability.
“Keith is an experienced sales professional with a strong technical background. This combination of skills makes him an invaluable leader in the continued growth of Empire Precision,” Empire President Neal Elli said. “Along with our sales team, Keith will ensure that we continually meet and exceed customer expectations, from prototype through production and assembly.”

Bradt has an MBA in management and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y.
