eTERA Consulting Promotes Two Key Managers, Strengthens Client Delivery System Team

Jerry Drew has been promoted to Managing Director, Global Operations and Kristin Sunderman has been promoted to Director, Client Delivery System (CDS).
In his new role, Drew will manage the operations of six key business divisions: CDS, information technology, development/process improvement, the operational components of eTERA’s managed review offering, Rev1ew One, and the company’s European division. Since joining the company in 2013, Drew built the successful Data Analyst Development Program which allowed the company to organically grow employees from within the organization, leading to more cohesive, productive and stronger teams. Drew also had a hand in increasing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) export speeds by 40% and reducing the storage footprint by 25%, resulting in significant cost-savings.
As the Director, CDS, Sunderman now oversees four divisions of the company: the Business Intelligence Analysts, the Invoicing Specialists, the Data Analyst Team, and the ESI Group. In her previous position as the ESI Specialist and Relativity Certified Administrator, Sunderman led the design and implementation of many processes that streamlined activity, documented events, and developed innovative procedures relevant to the eDiscovery infrastructures relied on by the company’s clients.
