Shelley Palmer, a respected payments and card fraud industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, joins Ethoca as Issuer Relations Director, EMEA. Shelley will focus on deepening relationships with Ethoca’s card issuing customers, while maximising the value they realise through continued adoption of Ethoca service innovations and performance enhancements. Shelley has an extensive account management and fraud operations background that spans debit, credit and prepaid card issuing. During the last 10 years, she has held key roles at MasterCard as Senior Account Manager and Vice President, Customer Security and Risk. These were high-profile positions that served not only card issuers, but also stakeholders across the payments value chain, including acquirers, card schemes, processors and various solution providers. Her extensive personal and professional network in the payments industry, including her work as a board member of the Fraud Women’s Network, makes her the ideal choice for this important role.
Mike Healey, another proven card issuing and card fraud industry leader with decades of experience, joins Ethoca as Issuer Sales Director, EMEA. Mike will focus on expanding EMEA card issuer participation in the Ethoca Network through direct sales as well as strategic channel partner relationships. Mike has deep roots in payments systems integration, risk management and card fraud, as well as a proven history of sales leadership in fast-growing organisations. Most recently, from 2002 to 2013, Mike led risk sales for Adeptra, a supplier of automated cardholder contact technology. Mike built highly successful sales relationships with eight of the top 10 UK card issuers before assuming the role of Sales Director for Adeptra’s APAC region.
