Food Network Chopped Winner, Richard Landau of Vedge Restaurant in Philadelphia, Creates Signature Dishes for Skytop Lodge, Luxury Resort, Pocono Mountains Pennsylvania
Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) July 25, 2013 -- Skytop Lodge is proud to offer two months dedicated to nourishing the mind, body, and spirit, in September and October 2013. During this series, resort guests have access to a variety of health and wellness programs, including Chef Richard Landau's Vegan signature dishes, featured daily on the resort menu.
Chef Landau recently won Chopped, on The Food Network. Philadelphia Magazine just named Chef Landau "Best Chef" in this months Best Of Philly.
Selections in development include Wild Mushroom Cioppino, tomato fennel broth, leeks, miniature potatoes and Roasted Cauliflower Steak, saffron sauce, fresh peas, rouille, toast. Rich Landau & Kate Jacoby also stay overnight as resort guests in the planning process.
Other talents involved in the program, include Professional Cyclist Robbie Ventura, New Jersey Housewives Kathy Wakile and Melissa Gorga, and partnerships with the Pocono Avian Research Center, as well as Himalayan Institute. Events include pick your own salad, plant a Skytop tree, fitness boot camp, mini massages, watsu, reiki, and streamside yoga.
