Gate Precast Adds Marketing Director Position
Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) August 16, 2016 -- Gate Precast Co. has named industry veteran Mo Wright to the newly created position of marketing director. Wright has worked in the precast industry for 15 years in a variety of positions, including precast sales and marketing, estimating and project management.
In his new role, Wright will educate architects, owners and contractors across the country about the various uses of architectural and structural precast, as well as collaborate on design-assist projects. He will show designers how they can achieve randomness in profiles, textures and materials to create iconic facades, as precast mold techniques have evolved from monolithic, repetitive and non-articulated to more nonlinear surfaces.
Gate President and COO Dean Gwin said Wright will play an integral role in developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with designers, construction managers and owners/developers. “He will work with our regional sales and marketing managers to plan and implement a marketing strategy and product development programs targeted toward existing and new markets,” Gwin added. “He will also develop and conduct continuing education programs across the U.S. and at tradeshows.”
Wright is a graduate from the University of Alabama and currently volunteers as assistant coach of the Auburn High School mountain bike team, as well as serving as a board member to CAMP, a trail advocacy, health, wellness and education non-profit based in Auburn, AL.
Wright attributes his success over the years to a well-rounded work ethic. “I have worked for companies big and small in my career, but the journey from conception to final punch has always been the same for me,” he added. “Strategy, rapport, respect, listening, communicating, tenacity and hard work … all of these are critical to success.”
