In addition to being of counsel in Greenberg Traurig’s Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring Practice, Professor Warner is a professor of law and the associate dean for bankruptcy studies at St. John's University School of Law in New York, where he heads the nation’s only Masters in Bankruptcy Program and directs the national Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition.
