Greenberg Traurig’s Susan Neuberg Moderates CRE Finance Council Seminar
WASHINGTON (PRWEB) May 19, 2016 -- Real Estate Shareholder Susan E.D. Neuberg will moderate CRE Finance Council’s after-work seminar, “Opportunities, Challenges and Sourcing Capital under the New Regulatory Regime,” May 24, 2016, in Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office.
The seminar will consist of two-parts – a panel discussion on liquidity, limitations, sources of capital, and emerging structures, followed by a market and regulatory update.
Neuberg will moderate the discussion with panelists Darren Gluck, Managing Director & Chief Credit Officer, Benefit Street Partners; Matt Henry, Managing Director, Global Real Estate, Chatham Financial; Kate Madine, Managing Director, PNC Real Estate; Julie Madnick, Managing Director, Ranieri Partners; and Steven Rivers, General Counsel, LNR Property LLC. Specifically, the panelists will discuss the effects of regulatory reform affecting commercial real estate investments; liquidity; capital, capacity, and competition; sources of equity and providers of debt; and emerging players, structures, and markets.
Chris van Heerden, Director, CMBS Research, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC; Darrell Wheeler, Managing Director, Head of Research, Global Structured Finance, Standard & Poor's Rating Service; and Christina Zausner, Vice President, Industry and Policy Analysis, CRE Finance Council, will then give a mid-year market overview and regulatory update with a focus on Reg A/B, Basel III, Risk Retention, and HVCRE.
