Lodi, NJ (PRWEB) March 28, 2014 -- Spring time is something that everyone looks forward to. The street lights come on a little later, everyone is in a better mood, and the smell of barbecue fills the air. This spring some of the country’s leading grill manufactures are rolling out new additions to their lines. Weber Grills has introduced their redesigned Q series of barbecues. Broil King has unveiled their Baron series, which includes five different models. Big Green Egg has introduced the Big Green Egg XXL, the largest capacity high-performance ceramic grill in production.
Weber Q Series – The Q Series is Weber’s line of stylish electric and gas grills. The Q Series is available in both stand-up and portable, making it great for the backyard and tailgating. What really sets the new Q series apart is the introduction of the split cooking grate. This allows grillers to remove half of the grill grate and replace it with a porcelain-enameled cast iron griddle. The improved design also features reinforced side tables. The series is constructed with a sturdy cast aluminum lid and body. The stand-up Q series is now available for natural gas and liquid propane.
Broil King Baron Series – The new Baron Series from Broil King features a modern profile and smart cabinet design. The Baron Series provides serious heat retention and preheat in a matter of seconds. The Baron was designed to provide consumers with steakhouse grilling quality and sear marks. The Broil King designed stainless steel burners are independently controlled providing precise temperature control. The Baron Series features a stainless steel hood with heavy cast aluminum end caps and stainless steel drop-down side shelves. The grill also features an enclosed cabinet with two stainless steel doors to keep the propane tank out of sight, and provide extra storage.
Big Green Egg XXL – In response to consumers’ interest, Big Green Egg unveiled their Big Green Egg XXL, which is large enough to roast a whole twenty racks of ribs. The company designed their XXL after their already popular line of grills, but gave this line a massive 672 square inches of grilling space. Big Green Egg has become popular for the backyard grilling enthusiasts who also like to slow cook, or smoke during the spring time. The company designed their grills to resemble ancient clay cooking pots, but instead use a ceramic construction instead.
