Healthesystems Expands its Connected Partner Program with Orchid Medical, ProCare
Tampa, FL (PRWEB) August 19, 2015 -- Healthesystems, a specialty provider of medical cost management solutions for workers’ compensation insurance payers, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Orchid Medical and ProCare to its Connected Partner Program – a key component of its revolutionary Ancillary Benefits Management (ABM) solution. The Healthesystems ABM program provides payers with a comprehensive platform that significantly enhances the quality, service and cost savings of their contracted ancillary providers. The Connected Partner Program builds upon the value delivered by this platform by incorporating provider partners who are capable of delivering the highest level of service excellence.
“There is tremendous benefit in partnering with ancillary providers who are aligned with our goal to deliver quality and cost effective ancillary medical services and products to injured workers. We provide our customers with added value and flexibility of choice in ancillary providers,” said Daryl Corr, President of Healthesystems.
Much effort is put into ensuring an ancillary provider is the “right fit” for the Connected Partner Program. A comprehensive certification process examines key factors such as the vendor’s depth of clinical expertise, a criterion that Healthesystems’ Chief Medical Officer Dr. Robert Goldberg emphasizes. Healthesystems also assesses the provider’s network coverage and data capture capabilities – both of which are uniquely critical to supporting the ABM solution. Following certification, a rigorous implementation and testing process ensures seamless technological integration.
“A provider’s ability to commit to this program is a testament to their service and technology capabilities,” added Mr. Corr. “This highly automated and real-time technological integration between Healthesystems and vendor partners is a key component to the success of our solution.”
The new partnerships with Orchid Medical and ProCare bring increased flexibility in choice for Healthesystems’ customers. Both Orchid Medical and ProCare are national providers. Services offered by Orchid Medical through the Healthesystems ABM program include durable medical equipment (DME), home health, transportation, and language services, while ProCare specializes in transportation and language services. The addition of these two companies comes close on the heels of the recently completed integration of SPNet as a Healthesystems physical therapy provider. These companies join a group of partners already integrated into Healthesystems’ ABM platform, which include Homelink, Helios, One Call Care Management and Cypress Care, a Healthcare Solutions company. Collectively these partners provide ancillary services that include home health, DME, hearing, transportation and language services.
