• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Carpentry

“I’ve been fortunate to call Northern Virginia home to my family and business for nearly forty years. Through our work, we become aware of so many deserving families and organizations doing good for others but are in need themselves. We want to help those people in the way we can; by helping to repair their home; their space. I am proud of the entire Home Works Painting team for their dedication to this event and am honored to the be the first painting company to bring this amazing program here to Northern Virginia,” shared Mike Katounas, President and Founder of Home Works Painting.
The Paint-It-Forward Program began in 2005 by A.ALLBRiGHT PAINTING employees and founder Joshua Abramson. The Santa Clara, California based company’s founder started the program as a way to give back to his local community. Since completing their first Paint-It-Forward event over 10 years ago, and now with other painting contractors joining the movement, their combined efforts over the years have reached a goal of over $1,000,000 worth of free painting services and materials delivered to deserving families and nonprofits. Home Works Painting is honored to be the first company to bring it to the Northern Virginia region.
In addition to nominations, Home Works Painting is welcoming other community organizations interested in participating. In-kind sponsorships in the form of donated food and supplies are welcome. Information can be found by contacting Home Works Painting.
All nominations must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on November 15th, 2016. The project must be in the Northern Virginia area. The Home Works Painting team will select one recipient based on need and announce the winner soon thereafter.
