HUMANITAS Announced Winners for the 2014 HUMANITAS Prize
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 16, 2015 -- The winners for this year's HUMANITAS Prize were announced Friday by HUMANITAS Executive Director Cathleen Young and President Ali LeRoi. Ten writers took home a share of $90,000 in prize money for films and television shows which “entertain, engage and enrich the viewing public.” Over 320 writers, directors, producers and entertainment executives gathered today at the Beverly Wilshire to celebrate writers and their work at the 40th HUMANITAS Prize. “We are so proud and honored to add this year’s HUMANITAS Prize winners to the long list of writers whose work has both entertained and inspired us for the past four decades,” said Cathleen Young, “It is a formidable group.”
