WHAT: Registration for the Idyllwild Arts Summer Program opened on February 3, 2014. Nestled in the pine-studded mountains above Palm Springs, the Idyllwild Arts Summer Program has provided outstanding arts education for 65 years. The courses offered range from every aspect of the performing arts to visual art, songwriting, fashion design, and unique courses in Native American art. The program caters to a diverse population of students and artists of every age and from every walk of life. Whether you’re an accomplished artist looking to fine-tune your skills and learn from our master teachers, or your family wants a unique getaway to awaken your creative spirit, the Idyllwild Arts Summer Program will satisfy you. Courses run from June 15 to August 10. The specific program dates are:
• Adult Arts Center-June 15-July 11
• Family Camp-June 21-June 27
• Children’s Center (Ages 5-12)-June 29-August 8
• Junior Artist’s Program (Ages 11-13)-June 29-August 9
• Youth Arts Center (Ages 13-18)- June 29-August 10
