Berkeley, CA (PRWEB) July 01, 2015 -- Impact Hub Berkeley, a coworking and events space for social impact professionals taking action to drive positive change, welcomes new Managing Director, Michael Anzalone, starting on July 13, 2015.
Mr. Anzalone comes from the David Brower Center where Impact Hub Berkeley is based: a LEED-platinum building for convening, inspiring, and sustaining people committed to environmental and social action. Mr. Anzalone also actively builds community and managing programs for OSC2, an innovative network for founders and CEOs of progressive food companies, and recently completed his M.B.A. at the University of San Francisco.
“We are thrilled to have Michael Anzalone as our newest member of the Impact Hub family,” says Eryc Branham, CEO of MissionHUB, the parent company of Impact Hub Berkeley. “Michael’s stewardship of the David Brower Center for the past seven years, serving as Director of Programs and Managing Director, makes him an excellent fit to lead our Berkeley community.”
"What excites me most is the opportunity to amplify the work of our members,” says Mr. Anzalone. “Social enterprise is such a powerful vehicle for change, and I'm looking forward to helping our members build a lasting network of support."
Mr. Anzalone will report directly to Phil Gaskin, Chief Operating Officer of MissionHUB.
