ATLANTA (PRWEB) January 30, 2018 -- Influence Health, the healthcare industry’s leading consumer experience solution provider, today announced that CTO Rupen Patel will assume the role of CEO, replacing Mike Nolte, who will be leaving the company to return to the clinical sector. Patel’s appointment comes at an exciting time as Influence Health accelerates its delivery of Consumer Experience Platform (CXP) innovation, strategically designed to address the industry-wide transition toward a consumer-centric, digital healthcare model. Since the platform launched in 2016, CXP has achieved 300 percent year-over-year growth.
“As the CXP becomes the core of Influence Health, Rupen is ideally positioned to lead the company. He brings deep experience in developing and delivering robust and innovative software solutions and is passionate about providing solutions that help providers effectively engage with today’s modern healthcare consumer," said John Brennan, chairman of the Influence Health board and managing director for Silver Lake Sumeru. "We thank Mike for his contributions which were instrumental to building the business."
Since joining the company as CTO, Patel has shaped the vision and technology agenda for Influence Health's CX platform, which includes a powerful content management system, a multi-channel digital marketing system and a data-rich customer relationship management database. The CXP enables provider organizations to create extraordinary digital consumer experiences that result in greater brand awareness, affinity and loyalty, both within the care setting and beyond.
“I’m excited about both the future of digital healthcare as well as the scope of the opportunity in front of Influence Health,” said Patel. “The CXP is already the most innovative experience platform in healthcare today and we’re just getting started. Our innovation roadmap is moving ahead full force to support the massive shift to a consumer-friendly healthcare model.”
Prior to joining Influence Health, Patel led global engineering for NCR Silver, launched SaaS and mobile products in new markets, and drove innovation efforts in streaming analytics and Internet of Things. Earlier in his career, he founded and directed Mercurium, which helped SaaS companies create new products in marketing automation, eCommerce and health gamification. He also led content management system (CMS) and social network product development for numerous Turner Broadcasting brands, including CNN.com, SI.com, and Money.com.
