InventHelp Invention Provides Night Vision for Dog Owners (LST-650)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) July 22, 2016 -- All dog owners know that part of the daily routine includes taking their pet outdoors. Perhaps the most difficult time, however, is after dark when it’s hard to see where they’re walking. Because of the creativity of an inventor from West Hills, Calif., that will no longer be a problem.
He developed a prototype for the patent-pending LIGHTED DOG COLLAR to light the way for individuals walking dogs at night. As such, it keeps dog walkers safer in dim light or darkness. It does so by reducing the chances of harm from muggings or falls. Another advantage is that it allows the dog owner to see the dog at all times. At the same time, it improves the visibility of the dog and the walker for motorists, bicyclists and other pedestrians. It is also convenient, effective and easy to operate. In addition, it is lightweight, durable, adjustable and affordably priced.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “When I take my dog out at night, the area where we walk is not well lit. So visibility is limited,” he said. “Therefore, I wanted to find a way to keep both dogs and their owners safe by lighting their path in the dark.”
The original design was submitted to the Los Angeles office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
