InventHelp Inventors Develop Kit for Porsches (SMH-184)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) December 10, 2013 -- "We own a Porsche and were looking for ways to prevent the engine from being destroyed in the event of an IMS bearing failure," said one of two inventors from Sacramento, Calif. "This inspired us to develop this kit."
They created a prototype for the I M S BEARING KIT to replace a Porsche's bearings and moves the pressure or swivel point to the outside of the case. The design releases bearing pressure from the shaft.
This avoids excessive, premature wear on the bearing resulting in engine failure. The kit keeps the bearing lubricated and cool. Additionally, it is designed for use on M96/97 Porsche engines at the intermediate shaft bearing.

The original design was submitted to the Sacramento office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
