InventHelp Inventors Develop Novel Door Stop (DHM-334)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 10, 2017 -- Inventors from Fayetteville, N.C., have developed the patent-pending SECURE STOP, a door stop that holds a door ajar, keeping it from swinging in either direction. A prototype model is available.
"We were tired of our cats swinging our bedroom door open, so we were inspired to develop a means to prevent this from happening. Our invention will stop a door from swinging open or slamming," said the inventors. The SECURE STOP provides a means of keeping a door open. It prevents doors from swinging and slamming. It also acts as a safety device for children and pets.
The original design was submitted to the Durham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
