Baker has a 35-year track record creating and executing strategic, enterprise-level systems within major entertainment companies and advertising agencies. Prior to joining Inmoji, Baker served as chair of the Digital Marketing and Social Media Council at NBCUniversal. During his nearly 10-year career at NBCUniversal, Baker was widely recognized for leading transformational social and digital initiatives that increased monthly impressions to half a billion. Baker has held senior positions at Ogilvy & Mather, FCB (Foote, Cone & Belding) and Young & Rubicam, spearheading digital efforts for The American Express Company, JPMorgan Chase Bank, IBM, Kraft Foods Group, MetLife, Inc., Nestlé and Unilever, among others. He began his career at Warner Brothers Records where he spent 14 years signing and producing recording artists Bow Wow Wow, Depeche Mode, Devo, Echo & the Bunnymen, Figures on the Beach, Gene Loves Jezebel, Les Rita Mitsouko, New Order, XTC and others.
