Starting May 20th, fans will have 22 chances to see Jack and the band perform throughout the United States and Canada until September 1st. Sharing the stage with Johnson during the tour will be ALO, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Amos Lee, Bahamas and Michael Kiwanuka.
Known for his soft, acoustic melodies, Jack Johnson shocked fans with the release of his 2010 album, To the Sea, which showed off a slightly darker side to this typically upbeat artist with its electric sound. However, after a 3 year gap between albums, and a last-minute headliner gig at Bonnaroo, Johnson released his sixth studio album, From Here to Now to You, which gives fans the acoustic harmonies they've grown to love. From Here to Now to You shows Jack Johnson amping up the romance in his songs even further, especially with the opening number "I Got You," which is a sweet ballad to his wife, Kim.
