Judge Amy C. O’Grady to Continue in Public Service
Columbus, OH (PRWEB) January 07, 2014 -- It comes as no surprise to those who know her well that Judge Amy O’Grady intends to keep her seat on the 10th District Court of Appeals in Central Ohio well past the November 2014 election.
Judge Amy, as she is affectionately called by friends, has been working with her core team since October of last year laying the groundwork for a successful campaign cycle. Fundraising will commence on January 6th and the campaign “Kick Off Event” will be held on January 30th.
“I was honored to have been selected by Governor Kasich to fill this vacancy on the bench”, says Judge O’Grady. “Having spent a career in public service, being a Judge in the Court of Appeals is just one more way I can help the community.”
The Committee for Judge O’Grady will hold their first fundraiser and “Meet the Judge” event at the Athletic Club of Columbus on Thursday, January 30th at 5:30pm. This event will hosted by more than 30 business and legal profession leaders from around the county, all of whom have committed time and financial resources to the campaign.
