Jumping and Leaping Into 2015 for Adult Protective Services
Oklahoma City, OK (PRWEB) February 09, 2015 -- "Jumping" into 2015 with a major release for JUMP Technology Services Adult Protective Services system, JUMP is completing upgrades for existing customers this week. Originally announced in the spring of 2013 as "Automated Protective Services," in honor of the Oklahoma system which inspired the work, the SaaS system was re-imagined by product management who opted for a label that expresses the agility of the JUMP product team as well as the flexibility and creativity of Adult Protective Services workers across the nation.
"Our customers like the name JUMP. Over the years they have serenaded us with their renditions of the Van Halen song. We thought it was time that one of our top products reflect the same spirit," said JUMP President Denise Brinkmeyer.
Recent updates to the system include an interface to the company's mobile companion tool, M.A.P.S. which allows workers in the field to receive new reports and directions to the client location via Google Maps. The tool will allow workers to get to clients sooner and reduce the time and cost of travelling from the field to the office. The California version of the system also incorporates the new SOC 242 report.
"We are very proud of LEAPS. It's the right name for such an important system because it provides comprehensive tools for programs of all sizes at an affordable price. Providing great software for people who make a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults in our communities is exciting and rewarding," Brinkmeyer added.
