With 17 years of experience in real estate, Donna is the former Broker in Charge for Century 21 where she ran multiple Century 21 offices and earned 17 awards for production and 16 awards for quality. Her Princeville Century 21 office was often the highest producing Century 21 office in Hawaii under her tenure.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Donna has both business and medical backgrounds. As a nurse, she worked at the Medical College of Virginia alongside a vascular surgeon whose research led to the development of ultrasound as we know it today. During this time, she traveled extensively, presenting talks and gathering research data. In 1983, she joined MedaSonics, an ultrasound company, as a Clinical Advisor. There, she worked with physicians and researchers in the field and traveled all over the world. She made a move into the sales of vascular equipment, and worked her way up to become the North America Sales manager overseeing the US, Canada and Mexico market with a team of sales agents. Throughout this time, she continued to lecture and train physicians in Europe, China, and South America.
In 1998, Donna and her husband vacationed on Kauai and fell in love with the island. They bought a home and she planned to retire there. Her realtor persuaded her to try her hand in the real estate business and she has been excelling in that area ever since.
