Irvine, CA (PRWEB) July 02, 2013 -- Keystone Pacific Orange County Property Management, a leading community association management company that has provided management services to residents throughout Southern California for over 30 years, proudly supports employees who pursue a higher education, and are pleased to announce that this 2013 Teresa Duhoux, Kara Gonzalez, Lisa McBee, Tina Rosenbaum and Adrian Tabatabaie have successfully received their CCAM© (Certified California Association Manager) designation through CACM© (California Association of Community Managers).

Keystone Pacific employs a dedicated director of training to ensure the property management team members are completing and maintaining their education requirements.

Teresa Duhoux is a Group Coordinator who manages a portfolio of existing communities throughout Orange County. Lisa McBee and Adrian Tabatabaie are currently community association managers who manage a portfolio of existing accounts in Orange County. Kara Gonzalez is a Group Coordinator for the New Project Development department who manages a portfolio of new development and existing communities throughout Orange County. Tina Rosenbaum is the on-site manager for CZ Master Association located in Rancho Santa Margarita.
The Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) teaches managers best business practices, California-specific laws and ethical guidelines to apply when managing community associations. Community managers who have earned the CCAM certification are able to manage communities more effectively, which creates an atmosphere of mutual trust between board members, homeowners and the manager.
